These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wyzad mobile application and website at wyzad.app (collectively, the "Service") operated by Wyzad ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Wyzad, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

When you submit reviews, photos, comments, ratings, or any other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting User Content, you grant Wyzad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our community. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit violating content.
Wyzad is a community platform used by people of all ages. To keep it safe for everyone, the following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
Legal Action: Violations of this policy — particularly those involving illegal content such as child sexual abuse material (CSAM), threats of violence, or content that violates Indian law under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Penal Code — will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with legal investigations and will provide user data as required by law.
If you encounter any prohibited content on Wyzad, please report it immediately by emailing support@wyzad.app with the subject line "Content Report." We review all reports within 24 hours.
Trust scores on Wyzad are calculated algorithmically based on community reviews and flags. We make no guarantee that trust scores are 100% accurate or that they reflect the absolute truth about any product. Trust scores should be used as one input among many when making purchasing decisions. Wyzad is not liable for any purchase decisions made based on trust scores or community reviews.
The Wyzad name, logo, app design, and all content we create (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of Wyzad and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Wyzad does not endorse any product, seller, or review. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted reviews or trust scores.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WYZAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyzad and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
